How can I book my room and when should I pay?
At the time of reservation it will be necessary to pay a deposit by bank transfer or sending the details of your credit card as a guarantee to us.
Upon your arrival the payment of the stay and the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Florence (€ 3,00 per person per night) will be completed.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 14 am - 6 pm, and check-out is by 10 am.
In case of special needs or unexpected events, please contact us and we will arrange a different arrival time.
What does the room rate include?
The room rate includes the overnight stay of the guests who occupy it, breakfast, use of Wi-Fi and all the services shown in the "service" page of our site.
The tourist tax, equal to Euro 3,00
, is not included and you have to pay it in cash at your arrival.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Of course! Upon your arrival we will give to you coupons valid for free breakfast in a typical cafè a few steps from our guesthouse.
Is Wi-Fi connection free?
Yes, there is no charge. You will find in your room the password to access the secure connection.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed, neither in the rooms nor in the common areas.
Is it possible to smoke in the rooms?
Smoking is prohibited in the entire guesthouse.
Is there an additional charge for children?
Children are welcome! Children up to three years stay free, sleeping in a double bed with their parents
Is there a left-luggage office?
There is no luggage room inside the guesthouse.
Where can I park my car?
The guesthouse is located in a pedestrian area, so you have to park your car in one of the many pay-to-use garages in the area. Click here

What about cancelling a reservation
If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the expected check-in there will be no charge, otherwise a penalty equal to the full amount (100%) of the stay will be applied that will be charged to the credit card provided.
The same policy will be applied in case of NO SHOW.
If the reservation was made with the "prepayment" formula the amount of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card provided.
